Retro-Futuristic Style
The Flow Z13 features many allusions to retro-futurism with a design that draws inspiration from the Space Race of the 20th century. The high density aluminium alloy used for the chassis has been precisely machined to cover it in patterns reminiscent of spaceships. Alloy 6063 has a distinctive finish that harkens back to the glory days of space travel after 39 various techniques, including 10 precise CNC cuts and two anodizing treatments, were tried and tested. The surface is easy to clean and has a quality anti-fingerprint coating that repels and diminishes the appearance of fingerprints.
A Power Portal
The components beneath the chassis are given more latitude and height than in conventional designs thanks to a CNC-milled glass at the back that provides a direct view into the mainboard of the device. Due to the higher volume of space available, this daring break offers magnificent RGB accent lighting while also enabling chip components to be positioned on both sides of the mainboard. The dual sided motherboard and larger-than-normal components provide substantially higher performance than 13" machines do.
