Refund & Exchange of Products
myshop deals exclusively in brand new products, and hence urges its client to take their time in deciding what they want before they finally purchase their product.
Items once sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they have a manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect model, or defective item, etc.).
Please consider the following before returning the product:
- Product must be returned in the same condition as when it was sold. Product that cannot be repacked back to the original condition cannot be returned. Please ensure that you have the correct model before you open the product.
- Bring the original invoice that you received with the product.
